Relocation Consultant

Location: Kibutz Yakum – Industrial Area Park (willing to travel around Tel Aviv/Sharon area)

When a company moves an employee to a new country or town for work, one of the most important services they receive is help in finding a new home and getting settled into their new surroundings. Sometimes these employees are moving within their home county and other times they are moving internationally. There are a variety of things that make up Destination Services, including

  • Community orientation
  • Guidance on local schools
  • Help to find a new home
  • Facilitate utility hook up / connection
  • Local settling in knowledge
  • Help to depart from their home



The Relocation Consultant is responsible for overseeing the transition and acclimation of assignees in the relocation process. In this role, you are the first direct point of contact for any client request or concern, and you are the liaison between our relocating clients and their company. 


The spectrum of tasks includes but is not limited to local orientation, locating suitable housing, compliant with the client’s requirements, settling–in, tenancy management, schooling, etc.


The Relocation Consultant is required to chaperone the assignee, navigate the maze of the bureaucracy involved in the various official registration authorities, be knowledgeable of the local norms and respond to all questions posed by the client about the relocation process and the client priorities.


Your love for organizing logistics in a high-pressure environment and your willingness to be flexible and work on long-term projects will ensure that you are a success in this role.



We are looking for a person dedicated to providing exceptional client service, with strong experience within relocation or a similar industry. The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • An understanding of cultural differences gained through personal or professional life experiences
  • Personal experience relocating or travelling internationally
  • Ability to develop and build relationships, to establish a rapport and instill trust and confidence with clients, providers and colleagues.
  • Advanced organizational and multitasking skills to handle their volume of work independently
  • Flexibility with new tasks that arise in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to manage challenging situations within the client service industry
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills, effective problem solving, to ensure a win-win situation for the assignees.
  • The desire to thrive as a client-driven team player in a dynamic work environment


Your Experience & Education (Required)

  • High level of comfort working on MS Office programs such as Outlook and Word
  • High level of comfort with internet research and mobile applications
  • Fluency in English 
  • Solid administration skills and attention to detail
  • Clean driving license
  • A ‘can do’ attitude
  • Customer service experience
  • Previous property experience, preferably in the rental sector Preferred
  • Fluency in a third language Preferred
